Friday Bible Study Group

The Friday Bible Study Group will be starting again in October. Led by Pastor Duane, the group
meets in the Conference Center on Fridays at 10:30 am. Everyone is welcome to participate.
Topics and curriculum will be available at the Church Office after it has been selected.

Handbell and Chancel Choirs

The choirs add special music to our worship services. Singers and Ringers of all ages and skill levels
are welcome.  The Chancel Choir typically prepares an anthem for the 11:00am Service. The Handbell
Choir prepares for occasional services and special events. Rehearsals are on Wednesdays, with the
Handbells rehearsing at 7:00pm and the Chancel Choir rehearsing at 8:00pm.

Library Group

While it is called the "Library Group,"  this group does more than just read and discuss books. It plans and takes occasional educational trips into the City. It supports a Children's Bookmobile. It also sponsors occasional social events for the congregation.  The Library Group meets immediately after the 11:00 am service on the First Sunday of each month.

Mission Support Group

The Mission Support Group is involved in supporting a variety of ongoing missions. The group sews clothing items and collects school supplies for children in Liberia. They collect clothing that is later distributed by the AME Zion Church.  They meet in the Conference Center every Thursday at 10:00am for a little bit of sewing, a little bit of conversation, and a little bit of refreshments. All are welcome.

Woodworking Group

The Woodworking Group makes a variety of wooden items that are sold at the annual Holiday Bazaar. There is no set schedule for the meetings of this group. If you are interested in learning more about the Woodworkers Group, please call the Church Office.
